Home of 2030

As a founding member of the Positive Collective, we participated in Homes England's Home of 2030 international competition in 2020. Our entry, the Positive House, was designed to be part of a larger Positive Community and was shortlisted as one of 6 finalists. Our design focused on a regenerative, component-based, offsite/near-site manufacture solution. It is conceived of bio-based materials, is fully electric, detailed to Passivhaus Standards, and generates more energy than it consumes, showcasing our commitment to innovative and sustainable housing for the future.
